A new study shows the U.S. has among the world’s smallest small business sectors.
This challenges the widely held view that America is a society of entrepreneurs.  A possible reason for the low rate of small biz here is high healthcare costs, while start-ups in other countries have access to universal healthcare.

 These numbers are from 2007 though - a year that now rings as prosperous.  There seemed to be plenty of high paying, benefit-laden corp jobs available.  It seems entrepreneurialism has become a popular recession plan in the past few years. So how much have these numbers changed?
